Update...

The Just Giving site is buzzing with activity! Thanks to everyone who has donated so far! Please keep spreading the good word. I am visiting my MP in Westminster later this month for a photo opportunity and a few words for our local paper - Hopefully to rattle up lots more support for Francis House!! Meanwhile my training is progressing steadily. I've done about 80 miles on the bike this weekend. Not enough but slowly getting there. Hope to be leaving the car well alone this month and cycling/walking everywhere!!
